Prenatal Visit-I will meet with you and your partner to discuss your birth vision. If you don’t know exactly what you want, I am happy to work with you as you develop your birth plan. It is common to think of questions after our meeting, so I am available to answer questions or send you additional information and resources. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.
Your Birth-Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. As your doula, I promise to offer unwavering, continuous support to you and your family during your labor and delivery. I will then stay with you for 2-3 hours after your baby’s birth, subject to your needs. After home births sitz bath will be avaible and prepared!
Postpartum Support-A week or so after you bring your baby into the world, we will set a time that works for you and I will come by to see how you’re doing and talk about your birthing experience. We will discuss any resources needed and/or any concerns you may have. This is always a fun visit and typically lasts about an hour.
MatriWomb offers a full extensive post partum care package that is all included with your service.
